This little tracker is a lifesaver! No counting calories or points for me. I've done both and it just became obsessive and depressing. I was miserable and definitely didn't get the results I wanted. I always ate way under my calories, made poor choices trying to save points so I can have a "treat" By the end of the week I was crashing, had headaches and was eating everything in sight on the weekends. That's not healthy and not the kind of life I want to be living. For me it's all about portion control and making sure I stay within my containers. There's no guess work. Yes I still have containers left and that's ok. As long as I am satisfied and not starving at the end of the day, I'm good. Some days I do use them all and some days I don't. There are even some days where I need more more protein so I add more protein! I'm not always perfect and that's ok! No point in depriving yourself or feeling guilty for that one cookie! Everything in moderation, right?! I am much happier on this meal plan. It's a lifestyle I can live with. If counting calories or points works for you, keep going....I'm proud of you!!!!
