Actually what you need is just sit and stare into space. Allow yourself uninterrupted time to think. Review the day, analyze conversations you had, think about what you’ve done to be productive, think about your plans for the near and far future, etc. Think about funny things and laugh out loud alone and refuse to be ashamed of that. The art of solitude has been the best form of destressing. Trust me. Been there, done that.
