For me eating clean while I’m at work is easy. Im distracted and on a routine. It’s when I get home for the day! 👉🏼 find productive ways to fill time! Run errands, take a nightly walk, pick a book, etc——————————————————-3. You aren’t eating enough! I commonly have women tell me “I’m doing good! I’m eating less than 1,300 calories! Less calories can actually be worse for your fat loss goals! And result in binging! 👉🏼 make sure you’re getting enough! ・・・ Chipa neles!!!! 2 ovos 2 col sopa de queijo cremoso tipo requeijão 100 g de queijo parmesão ralado 1/2 xíc de leite 1/2 xíc de óleo ou azeite 2 e 1/2 xíc de polvilho doce 1 1/2 cc de sal Misture os líquidos. Com uma espátula vá adicionando o polvilho. Quando não conseguir mais mexer com a espátula é hora de colocar a mão na massa e amassar até desgrudar das mãos. Se necessário coloque mais polvilho. Modele em formato de ferradura e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido por 30 minutos. Rende umas 20 unidades. Pode congelar.
